A polymath of musical genre, Andrew Huang is a Toronto-based producer whose work includes being frontman for the band Your Heart as well as an internet entrepreneur of for-pay by-request song-creation. And now, after appearing on a few of the label's projects, Prophetic Poetic is proud to release a mixtape of Andrew's hiphop manifestation as VS. Both producer and emcee, VS. displays a phenomenal understanding of the musicality of rap, taking advantage of the medium to forge new sounds and explore topics often overlooked in mainstream hiphop. The playful lyrics reflect a conscious perspective that combines a realistic reflection on the sickness in much of contemporary culture with a hopeful spiritual optimism that looks to the best possible world for the future of humanity.
